Training

The Mission's Training Section is responsible for the organization and conduct of training programs aimed at improving the effectiveness of the Mission in working towards achieving its mandate.

"The training of personnel is an important aspect of enhancing the effectiveness of the OSCE and its field operations and will therefore be improved."

The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina's Training Section has developed a multi-level and multi-layered approach to the Mission's training requirements. Based on a comprehensive needs assessment, the Training Section has implemented the types and methods of training deemed necessary to ensure that the Mission's overall vision and objectives are supported and staff members are given the tools to become more effective and efficient in their work.
